The Calanca beach at Marina di Camerota is sandy in its central part, therefore suitable for small children, while at the extremities it is mostly pebbly. It has waters of beautiful colors suitable for all ages, with sandy bottoms that slowly degrade and retain a shallow backdrop even tens of meters from the shore.

You can reach it by car until Via Mazzeo where, however, parking spaces are limited, and then proceed via the stairs.

Facing the Calanca Beach in Marina di Camerota, there is an uninhabited island called the Isle of Mermaids or the Rabbit Island.
